Sadaqat ul-Fitr for 2011 is as follows:
- $6.00 per person in your family is the minimum for Zakat. This amount should be paid only in the case that you financially cannot pay more. This is equal to 1/2 sa’ of wheat.
- $12.00 per person in your family is the minimum for Zakat. This amount should be paid if you are financially able to. This is equal to 1 sa’ of wheat.
